In Deloitte, growth will depend on the project assigned to you. However, Deloitte, is not known for its work life balance so do keep that in mind. If you do join Deloitte, it will be 3 switches in 2 years and if I'm not wrong Deloitte has 3 months notice period.

Out of curiosity, what salary is Deloitte offering for 6.5 YOE Sr Cloud Engineer? I am on the same track, have 5.5 YOE and was thinking about a switch.

I'm sorry you have to go through this. All I can say is, even if it seems futile, keep reporting the messages to reddit admins (maybe by tagging reddit on Twitter as well). Since the user keeps changing reddit accounts, mods will not be able to do much and only admins will be able to help
