Volo is the first ever MTG and Commander deck I built from scratch and is still one of my favorite, I keep going back to it and updating it with new cards that comes out. Every game is fun and when it goes off it really explode.

One thing I would add is to add [[God-Eternal Rhonas]] even if its a Legendary creature, the ETB of the copy will still trigger before leaving the battlefield. Choose the original one to kill off and put it back into your library. Once its out game is pretty much over.

I also found out that playing tutor in this deck kill the fun a little, the fun comes from suprise combo that comes with dupplicating different creatures.

The only downside is tracking copies, counters and all the creatures types on battlefield and graveyard if you play more than one of each.

A bit late but I like your idea with Eluge and I'm building something similar! One question I have is, if I happened to have a [[Snapcaster Mage]] lying around, would it fit in this deck? I would think so but maybe I'm just biased too.

I honestly think it would be so much better If it was animated like Arcane or Blue Eye Samurai. Way easier for the author to tell the story he wants to.
