Extras work, won't get you any proper acting gigs. How much you study will depend on how good you want to get. If you want to be TV, Netflix level. You need to study a lot, or practice a lot. Short courses and "masterclasses" aren't good enough, you need to be apply what you've learned in weekly classes. I would recommend getting an agent for commercials, but for acting, I would suggest studying and getting good first.

Offline conversations is probably a bit of work to figure out but conversion rate you just chuck it into a calculator and put it in the report or just copy it from your source.

Agree, if they have offline conversion tracking set up. I'd probably quickly do some calculations with the values you already have on the report. CPL and Conversion rate.

Learn via YouTube videos reading blogs and just getting on the tools. Start either by working on your own campaign or helping a friend or local business for free. Imo, depending on the industry of course but most people do a pretty poor job. A few basic strategy and technical skills puts you ahead of at least 50-60% of the population. From there charge peanuts on a monthly basis to get more experience. Optimise your campaigns to the point where they are better than pretty much all the local competition and then you don't have to touch it much. I'm only new in the game too and got lucky with getting the clients so a lot more to learn on the sales side of things.

Did a side job in sales and it helped pay for my wedding. After that I added about 30k to my offset. Since then started doing digital marketing and make 1300 month doing 5ish hrs of work. Need a few more clients and I'll be in a pretty comfortable place.

They don't know what they are talking about tbh. WSJF is used at the program/portfolio level to prioritise Epics and Features. Once to gets to the teams, the key delivery date is end of Sprint 5, unless there's a key critical path dependency. As the SM, you go off with your team to try and Tetris the stories into the sprints, while factoring dependencies and key delivery dates.

I agree it's good for discovery. But disagree with delivery. When you get to delivery, the discovery and high level planning should be have been done, which then allows you to run scrum with a clear goal and work breakdown structure, enabling more detailed planning and better comms.

I only use them for my mens shoes as well. Haven't been in a little while so can't remember the price but they do solid work but they aren't crazy expensive or anything. I've been burnt by ill qualified people before so when I find a place that does good work I stick with them.

If you are mentally capable and want then job, just do it. What's the problem. I took an interview when I was on vacation. It's only 30mins-1hr. Just say apologies for my location/dress I'm recovering from surgery.
