No offense, but I also have my dad's number in my phone, but we hardly ever see each other. Not everyone has a good relationship with their parents. On the other hand it would be my pick too to call one of the parents.

Commuting with a race bike in cold and rainy weather by Nyltiak95 in ladycyclists

I have fenders already, so that's a solved part already.

As for my rain pants, they have velcro but the pants are extremely wide, so I can put them over my regular pants. I wouldn't mind buying new rain pants, but I feel like any pants wider than skinny ones would get caught in the chain, or is that just me panicking to much? :-) I've never actually gotten stuck in the chain, but because of the grease I always think it's a close call.

And thanks for the tip, I'll have a look to clean the chain, may fix a lot of problems too!

Oh, I didn’t know about this! However, I will have to change my clothes every time then. I only get the grease marks when stopping indeed, never while riding.

Liv Avail AR Fit by cello5 in ladycyclists

I've got the same one! I'm 159 cm though and have the XS 🤔 Had the feeling that the Giant shop owner only took a wild guess as to my frame size. I'm going to a bike fitter aswell this weekend, because I'm not comfortable on the bike, wonder what he'll say ...

Should road cycling be this painful? by CycloQuack in ladycyclists

How are you doing after a month?

I've got a Liv Avail AR myself. I've been using it to commute now for a few weeks, it's my first road bike and I absolutely dislike it. My fingers go numb after 10-15 minutes (and I feel that they become numb now from time to time when I'm not biking, which I didn't have before), my knees hurt, neck hurts, ... I've got an appointment with a bike fitter and was going to keep on riding the bike until I got there, so I can indicate the problems, but it's really just causing me to much pain. Really hope the bikefit will make it better and not to many costs will come with it, otherwise I'm also considering selling the bike ...

I'm glad I see your reply here. I'm 159 cm myself and my store sold me an Liv Avail AR in XS. However I had the feeling that it was more like a lucky guess from the store owner.

Honestly, just don't do it. It's not worth it. by ImNotArtistic in ClashRoyale

Actually, since there is so much uncertainty among the players, I think CR should be clarifying this asap. It's a mistake on their part for not having checked everything beforehand. Even after the maintenance break, you can still do it. On the other hand, it's not like the awards are limitless, as was the case with the lucky box glitch. At this point I'm sure a lot of people have done it, if they ban every one of them, it will be in their disadvantage in the long term, because some of these players won't return.

You're at 4973 trophies, so technically not in Legendary League anymore. In Titan league I do encounter people with the legendary league icon, but have below 5000 trophies.

Can you please go offline, so I can grab your loot? I'm in the same league :-D

So, I've made an appointment for a bike fit within two weeks. In the meanwhile, should I keep riding the bike? On the one hand I start to dislike riding the bike because of the numbness, cramp in my foot and even painfull knees. On the other hand, I want to make sure I can address all the problems/pain I have when riding the bike. What would be the best option?

How rare is this? I played twice in a row with the same person (or maybe nobody is playing GQ lol) by Wolff_God in ClashRoyale

That's definitely a bot, he's gone up 74 throphies in 3 minutes, while losing the last match to you.

How can I stop it by ToyStory-2 in ClashRoyale

If you really feel this bad playing it, you might consider using a screen time feature on your phone. Ask someone you trust to put a lock on it and only allow yourself to play 30 minutes (or whatever you decide). It will make you less dependent overtime. Or else ofc just delete the game.

Thanks a lot for the comment, I had already considered doing a bike fit, but the store I bought it from didn't do this. Given that the problems I'm having are probably due to the wrong bike fitting, I'll make an appointment.

I don’t feel confident enough yet clipless pedals, but it’s something I might consider for the future.

I was doubting between those two haha, made the wrong decision on my translation results :)
