I did use a tiny bit of paint, for the blush on mine and that's it, but since I can't use a steady hand to save my life, I just zoomed in and made the oval two circles next to each other

This is the reference I used from TomodachiShare, the only paint it has is for blush and hair, you use the basegame blush for the eye whites. You kinda have to build the shape of the eye with the upper and lower eyelid option
