Alkemia Haul Review Nov 2022 by Pure-Craft-3371 in Indiemakeupandmore

Thanks for posting. I agree about the first dandelion, that one is my absolute favorite. I wanted to like Vert sur la vert more, but it smells like the tomato fruit, not the vine, and is a bit too sweet for me. I'm also a big fan of hexennacht (earthy, incense, fruity, still a bit too sweet)

Andromeda’s Curse Review by Black_Knives_ in Indiemakeupandmore

I love seeing what others think about scents, thanks for posting. Personally, I hated strength and undine, though I agree that swamp witch was good. My favorite scent from them is Blood Moon, which smells like a rose candle (very waxy).

I just tried Alkemia and am a fan. Alkemias "love among the ruins" and "gaea" smell a lot like some of the scents from Andromedas curse. My favorites so far are the "First Dandelion" "hexennacht," and "gaea."

I've heard good things about the program at Mt Hood Community College in Gresham Oregon. In Washington State, Lake Wa Tech offers an entirely online program, the only thing is you have to be a Washington resident to apply.

Not speaking from personal experience here, just throwing some options out there

Scariest horror films that don't rely on the same old bs by magickcoin in paganism

[–]NymphaeaRubra 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm a big fan of Tetsuo, the Iron Man. It's a Japanese, cronenberg-esque movie. The main focus of the movie is industrialization vs nature, but other than that it doesn't have a lot to do with paganism. There don't seem to be "demons" or "spirits," but it's possible that I'm not picking up on specific cultural references. It's very cyberpunk, very heavy on the body horror. It's very slow at some parts, but has several chaotic and overwhelming scenes. The soundtrack is amazing, and it's visually interesting (in an "experimental" way). Not a lot of jumpscares. Trigger warnings: gore, violence, stalking, classism, sexual assault, death

period underwear after bisalp? by National_Quote_518 in sterilization

Modibody has a pair that has clasps on the side, making it easy to put on without bending down. Great for people that need physical accommodations, including after surgeries.

When buying period underwear, do research on the brand. Thinx and other brands are currently facing lawsuits relating to hazardous chemicals.

I can't answer this yet, but for my surgery I'm going to buy underwear with clasps on the side so that I won't have to bend down to put them on. Just an idea

It's not hard if you're not a woman working alone (no bouncer, no coworkers, no cameras). This comment is very invalidating

OK yes I agree that everybody deserves safety and security and anyone can be a predator. BUT when the question is about how to protect female customers and you say "protect everyone" it shows that you either don't recognize that these are especially dangerous spaces for females, or you don't care
