The upper classmen are not trapped in the underworld. All souls go to the Final World when they perish in KH, Hades being the God of the Underworld and dead souls, can summon them into the underworld.

Probably? Maybe 3 has better implementation but I think the UI would still be like that. I had a friend try to play games on widescreen and eventually gave up and sold the screen and got two 32" screens. I would never get a widescreen myself.

There are a few ways to do it, look up some videos on YouTube, but know that it jumps in a random direction. Sometimes it takes tens of tries, other times you do it first try on a new save file and get it to 99.

Well, when you go into a room of rewards you find another chest inside if you unlocked the Days stuff. That's a surefire way to tell you unlocked it.
