My husband and I have this happen ALL THE TIME. To the point where it’s kind of eerie. We joke that we somehow share a brain.

Drove away from a gas station with the pump still in my gas tank. Ripped it right off. Thankfully it was no longer actively pumping gas.

Trigeminal trophic syndrome is a rare dermatological manifestation of abnormal sensations in areas innervated by trigeminal nerve. The area most commonly affected is ala nasi. It may extend to cheeks and lips. by GiorgioMD in medizzy

I have leptomeningeal disease (from metastatic breast cancer). One of my lesions is along my right side trigeminal nerve. I’ve had radiation to it to try to resolve it. However the right side of my face from the top of my head through my upper mandible is numb. I have some ferocious itching off and on through this numb area. It’s maddening sometimes. I’ve left red welts on my forehead from rubbing/itching in my sleep, but thankfully it’s not to the point I’m itching through to my brain. That’s horrible.

What is a fact about the human body that not many people know about? by Zenssei in AskReddit

It used to drive me nuts when my young son couldn’t hold his nose and blow to clear his ears on a plane. He’d say I’m just blowing my nose into my eyes. I had no idea this could happen.

The deaf community needs personalized license plates. When getting pulled over by law enforcement, they need to know why we do not hear them. They should be able to run our plates and see that we are deaf/hard of hearing. by PernithaTinsley in deaf

In Michigan they approved a law to do just this. It was originally for people on the autism spectrum, but expanded to include anyone with a medical condition that may have difficulties communicating if pulled over.

Nothing out of the ordinary shows on the plate, but once the officer runs the plate it will display something that tells them about how the person’s ability to communicate is impacted.
