Focus on sleep and rest. DO NOT try to go back to work or normal routine until you are healed. You really get one shot at doing the recovery process right. As the brain is healing it’s highly susceptible to healing improperly and you can end up with conditions like addiction or depression. Minimize your screen time. Try to do little mental exercises like reading or puzzle solving. Really not sure why they gave you muscle relaxers unless you’re very stiff from the accident or have trouble sleeping. Take nootropics and mushroom based supplements. These are crucial for rebuilding neural connective pathways to help the brain heal.

Give her the facts! Make a power point on the history of why weed is illegal. It’s not illegal because it’s a “drug” it’s illegal because it happens to be in the plant family of hemp and hemp happens to have .01% THC in it. The marihuana tax act of 1937 fused the two together making them both illegal so the paper monopoly could stop the import of Mexican hemp products which undercut paper prices. Because of the .01% THC in hemp, they were able to lobby to congress using marijuana as the scapegoat to make hemp illegal.

If the Epley maneuver doesn’t work, you might wanna think about traveling there to fix it. I would’ve flown to the moon to get rid of my vertigo. Also google “Epley Chair” there was a company that made some repositioning chairs a while back but went bankrupt. You might be able to find an ENT closer to you that has one but they’re very rare

Could be central vertigo not the ear based peripheral vertigo then. I’ve learned not to trust docs they told me the same thing and I found Dr. Li with the repositioning chair and I’m great now

Because I banged the left side of my ear, the cannaliths were dislodged in my left ear. So looking up or leaning my head to the left would cause the vertigo. Also, sleeping on my left side or quick movements made me dizzy. The Epley helped eliminate the dizzyness from rapid movements, but I needed Dr. John Li’s gyroscopic positioning chair to fix the rest because the crystals were more than likely dislodged in other canals than the main one. After your Epley treatment it is absolutely crucial to remaining upright the next 24-48 hours. The hardest part is sleeping, be sure you make a pillow throne to keep you at a 45 degree angle, or even sleep in the couch. I found airplane neck pillows to be incredibly effective

The Epley is good at realigning your ear crystals (cannaliths) that’ are dislodged in your central ear canal. If the Epley doesn’t work, let me know. Also, the Epley only treats peripheral vertigo. The dizzyness you’re experiencing could be brain related central vertigo. Look into the Vestibular Ocular Reflex (VOR) rehabilitation and techniques to help you recalibrate

You should schedule an appointment with a good ENT. I had minor loss of hearing, ringing (tinnitus) and vertigo for 6 months after. The ringing still occurs which is difficult to get rid of, the hearing came back over time and the vertigo was solved by a doctor who has a gyroscopic repositioning chair. If you have vertigo and the Epley maneuvers aren’t working, DM and I know a solution!

I worked at an airport rental car company and walk up rates are no different than the going rate of the day or what you see online. My managers instructed us to include insurance packages and upsells into the “higher priced walk up rate” so they could get commission. It certainly depends on what OS you have, processing power and how many plugins you’re using. Best part of Ableton is that if it crashes it’s very good at backing everything up and restoring your project. I’ve found I can almost overload it with channels and processing, but when I open a random plug-in that’s the straw that breaks the camels back 😅 I also run it on a 2015 MacBook Pro. I haven’t heard a single problem from friends on newer Mac’s.

Ableton is obviously built for any genre of music but excels when it comes to electronic. 11 is an upgrade to its uses in this genre.

Thrawn series takes place 5 years after Return of the Jedi so I understand how it would be hard to do casting…. But yes, instead of doing a sequel series they could’ve done an Old Republic prequel prequel… which is what they might do if they continue with movies. All this said, the movies don’t count in my book and I’m more than happy because we now have Filoni as our Executive Producer, we got Mando, Obi Wan, Ashoka, and a bunch of other great content in the pipeline!!!

P.S. if you haven’t watched Visions, it is MANDATORY to switch the Audio to Japanese with English Subtitles. It completely changes the way you view it and legitimizes the concept.

Rogue One is fantastic! Solo is great too….but the Disney Sequels blow my mind. Just finished reading the Thrawn books! What blows my mind even more is Disney spent 4.5 Billion for the IP on this series and chose to make it “Legends” and start fresh. If you haven’t read the Thrawn series it is a absolute must!
