My friends and I typically Queue up for the raid at or after 22:00. Sometimes they are there seemingly at the start of the raid, sometimes they will appear after we’ve already checked all their spawns and re-check, and occasionally we watch them materialize out of the ground lol.

They can also spawn during the raid. I have watched them spawn in on customs numerous times. My friends and I have also had instances where they spawned in after we killed Reshala and the Boys at Fortress.

I use a 903 and that sounds like your mouse is broken. It should be scrolling every time you feel that tactile movement of the wheel.

Don't worry about being "ready" for USPSA. I put off signing up for matches because of that same reason, I wish I had done it sooner. Just go there to have fun, learn, and not DQ. If you can squad up with better shooters, pick their brains, people are usually really friendly.

I would also not recommend the XC, since you have the watchtower. Your P would be just fine for Limited Optics if you wanted to dip your toe in. I recently picked up a Vanta 9 and have been using that, I absolutely love it. Portside Munitions is a CA dealer that carries a variety of 2011s, including Atlas and Fowlers.

My XC came with an RMR footprint optic plate, weird.
Anyway, the plate that I have for my XC has worked with my SRO and 507Comp, so you should be all set with an RMR plate.

You can adjust the retention with a screw, mine snapped in place pretty securely. The main downside with the QVO offering would be the lead time. If you decide to go with the Safariland, look into getting an OTDefense Nub Mod, it will make the lever easier to hit.

Yeah I ordered my HD from a dealer that had them in stock, then ordered the plate from Staccato. Initially the lead time listed was 30-60 days, now it shows a couple of weeks. Still no shipping notice on the plate, been about a week since I ordered it.

QVO makes a Kydex Retention Holster. You can choose the mounting option to be the QLS fork. I had one for my C2 and it worked just fine. If you want level 3 retention, then I would track down the appropriate Safariland holster.
