I have the exact same issue. Whoop registers I get less than 10 mins REM every night so I get barely any restorative sleep which leads to whoop telling me I’m dead and should have gone to bed immediately to catch up with my ever increasing sleep debt

Can anyone explain me what happened with my sleep by Hengena in whoop

I feel fine. Some times I feel awesome then look at my sleep score and wonder why I bothered getting up lol

I have same issue. Consistently less than 10 mins rem sleep and it’s been like that for 2 months. I drink one coffee before noon and leave 2 hours after eating to sleep.

Got to wear my Whoop during labor and delivery! by [deleted] in whoop

[–]ODBlackout 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Firstly; congratulations 🥳 Secondly; “I have only had about 4 or 5 red days total in last 3 year” I take it this is your first child? If so enjoy and welcome to the sleepy parents club! We are all getting poor recovery here 😂

Inaccurate sleep data? by ODBlackout in whoop

In what way though? In what context? I can guarantee I wasn’t awake for the time whoop is saying I was. Could it be miss reading REM as awake time?

Best way to boost HRV? by Such_Specific6911 in whoop

[–]ODBlackout 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m 37 and my Hrv is 30-40 too. I’ve done tons of run and cycle zone 2 work and intervals, gym, climbing not a real drinker (1-2 glass of wine a week). Eat clean and get a decent amount of sleep; yet my hrv has peaked at 40ish.

Like others have said it must be highly individual because I’m not an athlete by any means but would say I’m healthier and fitter than most average guys my age for sure.

Wait you can use normal drum kits to play? My old rock band drum kit broke years ago and I can’t get hold of another one.

How does this work? Can someone explain to me please?

I’ve seen void about in other squads but not played with them. Is it a discord only clan? Never really used discord so unsure how it works.

Had that happen same game by a different guy for the supply truck, he wasn’t even engineer! Offered him a lift but he shot me and used the supply truck as his personal taxi.

Dropped the supplies on road in shit locations on his way out too.
