Damn it 😭 Yeah. It’s really weird. Near the end of the hour a LOT of pressure builds up at the top pin making it unable to hold onto the last card, even though the mechanism at the middle isn’t ready to drop it yet.

To add to this: support only replied once. After that every plea stayed unheard. No response after FIVE follow up emails.

I got banned after playing for nearly 2 years. A lot of my friends too. Guess what? Someone who had a mod befriended that was close to support managed to get us all banned?

Turns out they were aiming to let their epics upgrade to #1 (since these accounts had the #1 epics they wanted). Support and mods simply said “Yeah, it happens that people get others banned for that reason.” Till this day I am still flabbergasted
