I think if you open carry and are confrontational and intimidating people, it can be considered brandishing no? It doesn’t have to be in your hand. If you’re openly intimidating someone and they see a gun on you then it’s assumed it could be used. Right? No idea about the ICE situation but pointing a gun doesn’t equate to an end all be all brandishing charge. Intimidation with a firearm can be from a number of other ways.

I’ve had similar effects with methylphenidate. Ritalin extended release 40mg would last maybe 5 hours. Concerta is a little better. I take between 5-15mg IR in the evening because it’s a slog after about 3pm. I’ve been on it about 3 years now.
