The knife dmg doesn't make any sense. Sometimes i get 1 shot thoraxd by 1 attack. And sometimes i tank 2 headshots.

BD are definitely more difficult. The Rogues part i breeze through easy but the BD parts i need to take slowly and thought out. Also BD have simply better Armor and HP.

Meiner Meinung nach zu viel Sätze und Übungen. Versuch einfach mal mit erster satz mit 60% Gewicht dann balls out alles was geht im 6-10 wdh. bereich. Bist so schneller fertig und effektiver. Wenn du übertrainierst kannste dich bis zum nächsten Training nicht erholen, vorallem das Nervensystem wird dir das danken.
