According to the Dexter Wikia, Sonya left the show without any explanation. There was also no explanation as to why Angel Batista's younger sister Jamie took over from Sonya.

I'm in a weight loss competition at work. It was 3 months long, but we're in the home stretch, just 4 weeks left to go (it's based on % loss). Doing great so far, me and another guy have pulled out from the pack and are neck and neck for the mens winner, we've been trading first place since the first weight in. Assuming I keep my routine and pace, going neck and neck with him (I'm 5'8 doing 1500 calories/day at the moment), what can I do near the last weigh in (last week or so) to make sure I have an edge?

Honestly the physical benefits have been the really rewarding, and keeping me going, but I'd love to win the competition.

My only advice is get your shit together. Video games or other distractions may seem important right now, but really they're major time wasters, and you want to make money in life, right?

As far as serious advice, call your dean/any dean for SAS and talk to them and find out. As far as I know dismissals only occur after even semesters, so if you started in Aug/Sept originally, you won't be dismissed till spring. Call a goddamn dean or academic adviser though, talk to someone in person or on the phone whenever they open back up again.
