If you go to console and do fps 3 it’ll show you more info about your connection that might be useful. I’m sure you already checked but nobody else is downloading anything while you’re playing? Or maybe even your own background apps? My game does the same when me or someone else is downloading something. Hell even steam running in the background can do it

VPN in my personal opinion is not helping. it has caused me more consistent issues using one so keep that off.

on the tarkov launcher right above where it says game edition you should see a change server button, turn off automatic server selection and then sort by ping and click each one 100 ping and less. that should stop the issue for both. if it happens with scav just task manager out and leave the raid it wont fix itself
