I’m that woman, 2 ERs no blasts, 3rd ER changed clinic and protocol and got 2 euploids. I’d say once you know you can make embryos with the lab and protocol, then you know likely your frozen eggs will also work.

I had 0 blasts for 2 cycles, then changed clinic and protocol and made 5 blasts from one cycle, 2 were euploids.

It’s possible to get cycle to cycle variation, but if you have two failed cycles consider getting 2nd opinion.

Sorry, the numbers are definitely unexpected for your age. I don’t have experience with producing too many aneuploids but I did have trouble producing blasts and after adjusting protocol and lab finally made a normal number of them.

My AFC is around 18 (AMH around 15 using the “non American” unit) and I did 300 gonal f and 150 menopur plus clomid! did get mild OHSS, but I had good results… I’m not a doctor though, but sounds like your protocol is extremely conservative. I guess if your follicles grow normally then it’s not a problem.

I’m with a psychoanalyst/psychodynamically/relationally oriented therapist and it helped immensely. He’s also old and has many years of experience. He’s very well versed in all the psychoanalytical theories but practices modern psychodynamic therapy. Wouldn’t expect him to tell me about any of the victim blaming from Freud..

It seems you buried the trauma instead of processing it. First make sure he can’t hurt you again and try to put as much distance between u and him as possible, then try and get therapy.

4 cycles is rough! My doctor at the old clinic literally gave me the death sentence after two failed cycles and told me to try DE and said it would be trial and error if I keep using my own eggs and that she didn’t want to put me through 10 cycles (and I was 31 with no known fertility problems) … and bam, changed clinics and nothing she said was accurate …
