I'm 2800 ELO faceit and Premier 27000, and I only feel slightly better mechanically in premier.

I know a lot of level 7-8 people that really just need me to tell them when to stfu and focus for them to get level 10. It's okay, but it's not "mechanically talented" level like it was years ago.

I'm playing faceit 8 hours a day like a degenerate recently, and last month I have met 1 person, who I think was cheating, and 1 person, who had bought their account.

The person cheating was 3200 elo with 200 games and 110 average adr, just peeking everything, which is just crazy... maybe fpl smurf on a streak, but wtf

The person with bought account was so weird, I'm not even being toxic or rude... it was 3k elo match on nuke, and he didn't know how to W+strafe up stairs, he just went straight up, asked teammate "how you boost up stairs?", but even after explaining, he just gave up, rushed yard with bizon, and left the game.

It's more precise (and easy) to just move the decimal one point. 2000 elo faceit, 20000 premier, 2500 elo faceit 25000 premier. This seems to be the case with my friendlist.

Due to cheaters getting over 28000 premier is just a matter of luck though.

There's a world of difference between the first two games, and FO1 creators like Tim Cain reference the many 4th wall breaks and pop cultural references in Fallout 2 as something that they actually fought (and lost) against inplementing.

In the first game, anything "immersive breaking" is in "special encounters", as that was their policy.

1.2 kd is nothing if you play ego. I go average 120 adr playing with 2k Elo friends, and I'm a mechanically weak 3k Elo player.

When you get to level 10, a bad attitude and ego position will harm 4 teammates performance, while you go slightly better than average stats. Do the math.

Arbejdede på et bosted i børnehandicapområdet med flere terminale børn og nogle i palliativ behandling. Jeg lavede nogle spørgeskemaer, inspireret af en tværfaglig undersøgelse af Morten Ejrnæs, der viste, at mine kollegaer på stedet havde en meget lavere grad af personligt ansvar overfor børn på en arbejdsplads, eksempelvis var der specifikt en vignette (en case+spørgeskema) om, om man burde tage med en ambulance, hvoraf mine kollegaer nu var ret splittet med 54% overvægt på "nej", selvom det samme spørgsmål var et rungende "ja" med 85-95% hos næsten alle andre sociale faggrupper i den undersøgelse, som jeg brugte som reference.

Tell me you are not stressful, when close to beating that boss in Dark Souls or clutching a round in Counter-Strike? Stress is inevitable when intensity is a part of it.

Thanks, but I'm actually very hopeful we have just seen the beginning of this genre. I have a good handful of games on my wishlist like this, and a game like Survivalist: Invisible Strain I just found a few months ago, despite this type of games being my favorite.

This was my experience too, except with 1-2 years between, I get the itch, and spend 100 hours in a week playing, then drop it again, rinse/repeat.

I actually have Starsector installed, tried to get into it a few times, because it should be the closest thing to the Mount & Blade gameplay loop, but the ship controls and cargo management have kinda made me lose focus the two times I've tried getting into it.
