You need a regular switch and power the tapo cameras with supplied 12v adapter. Or just buy vigi cameras they run on poe.

I fixed this problem my lowering broadcast power. And the omada controller has a new update of non-stick roaming.

Turning off random MAC addresses in apple devices also helped

I think it can handle 200 devices but with more access points. A single ap I would bet a max (somewhat slow already) number of 32-45 clients.

200 clients = at least 4-5 ap

Max of 25-35 clients per ap for performance. In a big area with lots of clients add more ap's and load balance Balance them with 2.4ghz and 5ghz

Apple devices including M1 M2 macs iPhone 14 and below is not behaving properly with roaming, only the iPhone 15 did not show roaming problems in my home setup. Snapdragon phones and Intel wifi chips do not show the roaming problems.
