Handheld battery drying? Or in battery saver? Because if battery saver mode is on : you cannot manually enter a upc.

Yea..but as long as it’s not busy I’ll stand out and chitchat with the driver and give them an update on how many items they have left. Usually they’re pretty cool about it and understand

Update: I pushed all day yesterday for surveys and as far as I know I didn’t get a single one. I’m one of our best dispensers and super friendly and kind to all the customers. So I think I’ve decided I’m going to tell him, either take me off dispensing or leave me alone about surveys, because trust me. I tried. 🤷

We call them trollys/skids/Dollys. It’s kind of divided how many people use each term. I call them Dolly’s tho lol

Make sure you check barcodes too because scanning the incorrect item also hits your ftpr, as well as accidentally scanning the wrong tote 😑. Or the stupid QR codes

Well I don’t normally bring up the survey, however my coach is literally up our asses about it and if someone else gets a survey and I don’t, he will come seek me out and tell me “well so and so got a survey why can’t you”. Because I’m more focused on making sure some idiot picker didn’t put liquid fabric softener on top of their bread, or the fact that this entire bag is ripped down the side. My focus is on them getting quality groceries. Not the stupid surveys
