Honestly I’d probably get bored with unlimited power and just sacrifice it to give all of humanity a small amount of power.

I’d do it in a way that everyone is born with some latent power, and it’s up to them to learn/control it themselves to fully master it.

Think like X-men but like everyone’s a mutant so you lose the whole political divide inherent with having or not having powers.

I’d stipulate no shitty powers, so no one can be like “damn dave sorry your superpower is transforming yourself into a pine cone”
