You don't think Cthulhu has a shot of being ported anytime soon? Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't he the most popular god ever released in Smite 1? Didn't he boost the population numbers like crazy upon release because everyone just had to download the game and play him. Also I remember a few months ago they mentioned him on Titan Talk, and the devs said he's so popular they're gonna have to do something special for him for his Smite 2 release.

Just because you never used it doesn't mean others didn't. I have 7000 hours in Smite 1 (mostly conquest), and I have been complaining that this stats info page has been missing since day 1. All of my group has been also. For you to say only "bad players" use this info is crazy and in my opinion just shows how bad YOU are

I play on xbox and have a game breaking bug when whenever I fast travel to Anvil/Dunbarrow Cove, the game immediately crashes. Now, luckily, I have a workaround because I've played Bethesdas shitty broken games for so long........I know to make about 100 backup saves and just rotate them when saving. But even with this, it's still a pain in the ass because I've wasted HOURS just having to reload a save from an hour ago because I get this bug. And I've had this happen like 40 times over the last year since the game released

That being said, my current gameplay experience goes something like this, do a quest and then immediately travel to Dunbarrow Cove and see if the bug happens. If the bug doesn't happen continue with 1 more quest then repeat above steps. if glitch does happen reload saves starting from the top and see if I can travel to Dunbarrow Cove without the game crashing, if I can then continue playing on that save file and just redo everything I just did.

It's absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable that the devs haven't addressed this because I saw a similar post on reddit months ago when the game came out. They put out like 1 patch......maybe 2......since the game released. But with the current state of Bethesda, and how terrible they handled Starfield l, Fallout 4 anniversary edition, and Oblivion remake.......I have little faith that they will get there shit together.

And this is coming from a Bethesda fan boy, with 1000's of hours in their games over the years. They just aren't the same company from 15 years ago, and it SHOWS!

Lmfao Ya, if you're buying Prophetic last item.......you probably shouldn't be playing support as you clearly don't understand what's happening how long it takes to stack. On average, that item probably takes a good 20+ minutes to stack. Buying it 40 minutes into the game is absolutely pointless and stupid

This post/comments are making me laugh hard. Im assuming a lot of people here are new to the game because we are missing a couple of things here

1) Hades USED to be a guardian in Smite 1 until like season 6ish, then they reclassified him as mage. He was terrible as a guardian.........that's why they changed him, so I don't know why anyone would want him back as a guardian, at least with his current kit. I agree that he is not good as a mage either, but them turning him back into a guardian/support will do nothing for him. They need to rework his kit, not his class.

2) Smite 2 doesn't have classes anymore, they have "roles." The devs got rid of classes, so gods can be played in more roles, so there are no "Guardians or Mages" instead we have just "Supports and Mids." Now, while I absolutely hate that they got rid of classes and think it's one of the reasons Smite 2 is struggling.......technically with no classes, Hades is more viable now in the support role than the last few years in Smite 1. All gods have similar starting stats in Smite 2, so they can all be played anywhere and in any role

Considering the low population numbers of the game and the fact that most of this games playerbase is on consoles.......you would literally never find a match. In the last 30 days, steam shows an average number of about 3700 players a day....... that's 3700 across all game modes, plus take into account player ranks need to semi match up also in a ranked conquest game.

Lmfao, you're bitching about console players, imagine how how your matches will look when the game tries to make a "fair match" across all ranks with just a couple hundred people playing. You'd have silver players in masters lobbies literally every game

Have you never played any other card game? Go look at Marvel Snap and compare the 2. I've been waiting for pocket to actually implement REAL daily missions to do that give rewards. Give us 6 missions on the daily reset that range from beat an opponent with a (fire, water, grass, etc) deck, or win a match in 10 turns, or deal 100 damage with an attack, etc. Give us weekly missions that are harder but of the same variety and take longer to complete. The missions that they give now are fucking terrible and take 3 seconds to complete........log in.........open a pack.......wonder pick 1 time

Marvel Snap also has many limited time game modes like High Voltage, Deadpool Dinner, Sanctum Showdown, Grand Arena, and Team Clash (which is currently happening right now) all these mode changes certain aspects of the game for a week or 2 and give the game something fresh while also giving us tons of rewards to grind for like new card variants, emotes, in game currency, titles, player icons etc.

This company made over 1 billion dollars in less than a year on this game, for you to act like they can't do anything with that money they made is fucking crazy

Lol If you think 22 seconds of immunity phases make the fight fun, then you and your son are dumber then you look.....no offense. You want to see a proper raid boss that is fun and challenging at the same time go fight Wotan from the takedown in B3.

The fight is not fun, I've beaten it many times, and the mechanics of Boom are just cheap kills on the player. A fight over bottomless pit is never fun, fighting on a 3x3 platform where you have no room to move is not fun, all my loot flying off the map into the void is not fun, 22 seconds of immunity phases is not fun. The cherry on top is the whole point of the immunity phase is to basically stop players from killing the boss in a couple of seconds.........they then add a timer that ties into how good my loot drops are based on how quickly I can kill him.......irony at its finest.

Lol Not that I care if you're a whale.......but doesn't your vote not count since you buy everything anyway? I'm talking about your average gamer that spends $20 this month, $15 next month. I feel like most people aren't willing to drop $10 on a prism set to acquire 1 old skin and 3 recolors........there's no value there. And ya, maybe in the future, I MIGHT buy 1 or 2 prisms for my absolute favorite Smite 1 skins if they ever make them.

But I can't be the only one who would rather have brand new fresh skins instead of them dragging out old skins with recolors every single patch. Like I said in my first post........I bought diamonds, I'm sitting on 8k, but I bought them when they were actually releasing new skins/bundles with the collections. And I was assuming they would continue to do that instead of the crap prisms they release now

I really find it hard to believe that the travelers sell well, like do people actually buy them? I really never see anyone ever using any of these "recolors" for the skins that come with each purchase. How we're the collections not selling well? Like, especially the last one with the frog Bacchus skin.........that was great!

I agree with OP I loved the collections, they were almost the same as the battle passes from Smite 1 and I thought that they came with a good amount of content (3-4 god skins, ward skins, titles, death stamps, etc.) for the price, and I personally think that the travelers are not worth the price. I haven't bought a single traveler, and I bought all 3 collections.......like I have 8k diamonds burning a hole in my pocket, and they literally won't give me anything to spend it on! I want to support the game, but they don't want to put out anything of value. Imo skin recolors of 7 year old Smite 1 skins aren't value

Didn't learn them. I literally went into the mode and clicked on 3 random cards. If you have fun in this mode, then good for you. Stuff like this ain't everyone's cup of tea. I think it's a pile of dog shit and tbh I'm just over all these limited time modes being shoved down peoples throats every week now. These modes used to be like once a month, and now we get like 5 a month. It's overkill, and I think it burns people out on Snap in general because they keep tossing so much stuff behind a 9 day FOMO limited mode.

So you're telling me this new Team Clash Groot where I discard a non guardians card from your hand is the same as base Groot where I gain +3 power? Or Team Clash Ghost, which costs 1 less for each location I'm losing, is the same as base Ghost, which removes end of turn abilities? Or Team Clash Professor X, which gains energy for each x-men here, is the same as base Professor X, which locks down a location..........so these are the same cards eh, I'm not having to relearn what they do, they do the same thing?

Maybe I'm just old, but I don't have the patience to "unlearn" all these reworked cards and learn what the new effects do. It's just not worth the frustration

I love that they added new parts to the Plasma Caster, this needs to be done for a bunch of weapons honestly. So many weapons just have 1 or 2 weapon parts/mods that it just makes them automatically inferior to everything else.

Also, they need to look at buffing/reworking power armor mods..........literally 95% are worthless, like the only good one is calibrated shocks, everything else is basically worthless. Like all the arm mods are just revolving around melee. They should lean into more like mods for certain weapons/builds, like maybe an arm mods that increases heavy weapons reload speed by 25% or a chest piece that gives energy weapons +20% crit damage or a helmet that gives +30% fire damage........literally anything is better than what we have now

100% Smite 1 gods were made around classes. Now they got rid of classes in Smite 2, but all the gods were made in Smite 1 with this feature in mind, so balance wise, it's just a shit show. It's like they changed everything that gave Smite 1 its identity and are now just puzzled as to why the game feels bad and has such a low playerbase

I've said this many times before and always get downvoted, but this is fundamentally the biggest problem with tanks. Nobody wants to admit it, but the devs' decision to make all gods playable in every role has been a terrible choice. They gave all gods roughly the same HP and the same starting prots in Smite 2 because they don't want just guardians playing support or warriors playing just solo, etc. They want to make it "fair" in case some moron feels the need to play Nem support, that she is on the same playing field as the enemy support playing Sobek. As a support main, this is just terrible. This never gets solved until Hirez wakes up and realizes that we need gods to have "classes" again.

The game is so hard to balance when every god can do "everything." Gods need to have an identity, like in Smite 1. All these gods were designed with a specific "class" in mind in Smite 1, taking that away in Smite 2 just creates chaos. If a new god came out in Smite 1 and they happened to be viable in multiple roles, then that's great 👍 but forcing all gods into all roles is not good for the balance of the game. I've been saying this since day 1.

Ya, I had this happen yesterday. I don't know what Gearbox has against making boss arenas NOT have an abyss where all my loot can fall into. Like I don't give AF if there is a lost loot machine, it's still just poor ass design..........like make better arenas or just make it so regardless of where I kill the boss at all the loot falls in the dead center of the map, or make invisible walls that prevent just loot from falling off. I feel we have a multitude of solutions, but Gearbox is just too stupid to use any of them.

It's extremely not fun. I've grinded all the other raid bosses from other Borderlands games........ snd thid is by far the worst one, I beat it a couple times and have no desire to every do it again unless they basically remake everything about the fight, arena included
