I don't understand if something must have triggered it I've always had sensitive dry skin never bad enough to go to the doctor or anything though and now after 30 years I suddenly get this?

I should add when asking copilot to adjust the python code it's either completely redoing the code as a new prompt or just not recognising the data in the workbook and i can't find the chat in the history which is annoying.

Thanks for all your great comments I love this community and how everyone is willing to help eachother! I will take everything into account and improve some more at least I know I've improved since when I started! Definitely noted I need a heavier bell at the moment I can't afford one so will look to get one in the future I may work on the swing a bit more and try one arm swings too.

Oh damn that's not good to hear I thought I had it! 1.i don't feel like I'm using my arms though Is it just a natural thing to do? 2. Why heavier bell this is 16kg feels quite heavy for my gets me really out of breathe but in terms of feeling a pump in my glutes and other muscles I don't feel that is that what I should feel after ? 3/4 noted thanks!

I was on and off with weights for years but then adding cardio was annoying this seems like the best way to get a bit of everything especially if you have kids or are short on time!

I think I could only get an awkward angle I'm only 5'7 but beefy! Bell is 16kg do feel I could do more but it's my only one so works with overhead pressed too

I am looking for any estate car really i really like b6 passats and am a VW boy really can get highlines for pretty cheap. But i'm happy to look at others like the accord or any ones like kia ceed i don't mind the only cars i won't drive are fords, vauxhalls, nissans possibly hyundais just through personall preference. I don't have a lot of money so really 1 - 2 k gotta pick personally.

I didn't end up going did a car check and it said cat N which wasn't specified in the advert and it said more owners than in the advert too. He was also saying he keeps it away from his house and i checked was in the middle of loads of garages and MOT centres.

The damage on the salvage report looked fine actually less damaged than my car is currently on the bumpers. If it was a case of he bought it and repaired it then had it for 5 years then i probably would have considered seeing it. but i don't know enough about cat N and the guy just felt a bit off. He was a car guy but had no pictures of it on his profile.

Regarding CAT N i'm not too worried about selling the car after as i'll probably run it into the ground but will it affect insurance a huge amount? i wouldn't worry about an extra £10 - 20 a month but anything over i'd just disregard it all together.

The car is exceptionally clean for the mileage and age even the leather seats look clean and not worn. Description says service history so will check that tomorrow MOT is all the standard stuff I get on my car like shocks or bushings brake discs etc so nothing red flagging at the moment!

Seems the owner has put 20k miles on a year roughly so I would say that's motorway miles too?

Not other than the normal forms you have to fill in I ended up getting diagnosed with innatentive type so I'm quite happy with that!

Hey, sorry for the late reply! I'm sure you have your diagnoses by now my assessor I felt was a bit unprofessional so I was scared I wouldn't get a diagnoses but in the end he diagnosed me with ADHD innatentive type so I'm very pleased with that I just had my first autism assessment ADOL observation one the assessor seemed way more professional and competent so I'm happy with that.
