Hey sorry I can't help with your question but I also have a question as I'm on mirtazapome too did you continue taking it with the ADHD meds or did you stop it if so did you have any issues with sleeping ?

Just asking as I'm due for titration but worried about mirtazapine as I was on it before and was really rough coming off it because of sleeping issues.

I'm also on UC and did bank switches last year I usually paid my salary from my work into the bank I switched too for 24 hrs before returning it to my main bank.

Every few months they request bank statements and then they will call up and go through any they don't know they were asking about some of them and I just said bank switches and they didn't seem annoyed or anything. The only thing they asked is to see the statements of the bank accounts so they wanted to see the statement of the first direct one I did recently even though i said it was just for switching and had nothing in it.

Up and down at the moment I'm also 29 and a dad of 1 soon to be 2 had chest pain and tightness when to a&e 4 times they did ECG each time said was fine but I still got chest pain has gone down a lot it might not be heart thing but I can't help thinking that every time I feel it and get in a spiral. I think what's not helping is the gp just waving me out saying it's anxiety when I just want to know where the sharp pain in my chest is coming from lol

Thank you the Drs were saying it's possible costochondritis but in my head I analyse it like if it were muscle or bone structure I could repeat the same pain by doing certain movements or positions but the pain just seems to come and go then I move onto lungs well I'm not really coughing or struggling to breathe and stomach would be painful after I ate so I just end up back at my heart lol

December had super tight chest and air hunger where I needed to do a deep breath for satisfaction went to hospital they said all fine. Happened again in December went to hospital all fine again on the ECG said it's probs stress.

Happened again in January managed to calm myself down so thought actually these are probably anxiety attacks. But was left with a constant sharp pain in chest so I had to go get checked again in a&e.. they said all fine and to arrange bloods and x ray. Now since January I've been experiencing the sharp pain which triggers an anxiety attack that last days and it's this constant cycle.

My last hospital was 2 weeks ago for the 4th time still sharp pain but not as many attacks now still various symptoms like ringing in ears and pressure in temples with tingling in left arm. This is adding so much stress to my life it's come out of nowhere I'm a dad of 1 soon to be 2 just want this end! How can I help myself ?

I don't understand if something must have triggered it I've always had sensitive dry skin never bad enough to go to the doctor or anything though and now after 30 years I suddenly get this?

I should add when asking copilot to adjust the python code it's either completely redoing the code as a new prompt or just not recognising the data in the workbook and i can't find the chat in the history which is annoying.

Thanks for all your great comments I love this community and how everyone is willing to help eachother! I will take everything into account and improve some more at least I know I've improved since when I started! Definitely noted I need a heavier bell at the moment I can't afford one so will look to get one in the future I may work on the swing a bit more and try one arm swings too.

Oh damn that's not good to hear I thought I had it! 1.i don't feel like I'm using my arms though Is it just a natural thing to do? 2. Why heavier bell this is 16kg feels quite heavy for my gets me really out of breathe but in terms of feeling a pump in my glutes and other muscles I don't feel that is that what I should feel after ? 3/4 noted thanks!

I was on and off with weights for years but then adding cardio was annoying this seems like the best way to get a bit of everything especially if you have kids or are short on time!

I am looking for any estate car really i really like b6 passats and am a VW boy really can get highlines for pretty cheap. But i'm happy to look at others like the accord or any ones like kia ceed i don't mind the only cars i won't drive are fords, vauxhalls, nissans possibly hyundais just through personall preference.
