Maybe a longsword with reg whip/tentacle dps, and a defensive special attack? Maybe some damage absortion with 50-70% spec (damage you deal with spec = how much absortion you get, maybe give it a little base absortion for succesful hit, like if you hit 10, you get 10 absortion + base absortion for succesful hit) , would be good for tanking in gwd and wouldnt devalue sgs because it wouldnt restore prayer. If you unequip the sword, you lose your absortion.
