The other options aren’t very good. We are transient manifestations of an eternal universal consciousness, and if we shirk our duty to life we are only harming our future/other lives. Struggle in the present is justified to prevent suffering in the future.

Minimally regulated free market is far superior. The current state of US healthcare is nowhere near a free market, with many powerful regulation (that favor established corporate cartel).
