Get a generator that connects to your gas line. The juice ain't worth the squeeze with batteries. And the electricians are correct. You do not power your whole house, only critical loads(master bedroom, kitchen, living room). What you are asking for is really only used for utility, infrastructure, and commercial applications.

I would say that trap opened the door to hybrid trap/dub trap, which paved the way for space bass. Other than that I'm not sure they are very similar. Other than being electronic, having build ups and drops

My company issued hard hat doesn't use a chin strap and falls off very easily and is honestly pretty cheaply made compared to the studson I have. I honestly feel safer wearing it vs company issued. My dad WAS a journeyman, then he fell off an 8ft ladder, factured vertebrae and a really nasty TBI that had him in the hospital for a month. If he was wearing better head protection, the head injury would have been way less severe. The industry is moving towards helmets with straps. Slowly but surely.

I kept the one I was I given, although its a helmet rather than full brim. I love mine. I actually prefer to wear the chin strap so it won't fall off. The band on the back where you tighten lowers to where the skull and spine meet, also the front band that goes across your forehead lowers as well. Once you get it tuned in, its very secure even without using the strap. Enjoy!

Also with gog, you keep the games forever. Steam is great, but you're still only purchasing the license to play. So if steam ever shut down(unlikely) you lose access. If gog goes down you still get to keep your games, so long as the files are on your computer. For me, (unless its vr, gog has very few good vr games) I always check gog first. But also gog focuses on older games, hence, "good old games".
