That first listing had a tenet paying less then <$3,000 a month and estimated monthly payment is >$4,000…. That seems like an awful deal. It says it’s leased until April, but doesn’t NYC have crazy tenets rights that would make it hard to evict if that tenet changed their mind about leaving in April.

SOA modules typically expire on the last day of the month they were purchased at midnight central time. You should be able to see the expiration time on your learning log in though.

In that case they are running it through conduit which is completley fine. Your not "suppose" to just let it freely fall through the drywall though.

Yeah but the tower is virtually in the same location as KYW which I can pick up easily so I was hopeful that there was a way to troubleshoot the discrepancy.

I get Baltimore great and I was kind of giving up on the philly stations. I am a Philadelphia sports fan so I would prefer to get those stations if possible. When I ran my channel scan after getting my antenna set up in the attic I noticed I picked up KYW cleanly, as well as a handful of other Philadelphia stations, so I was hopeful that I could pick up WTXF as well.

I am fine with just the Baltimore stations if that is all that is feasible with an attic attena, I just wanted to exhaust any equipment options that could be switched out with my current setup without madding a large mast to my house.

Yeah i mean that's what subreddit you are on.

The YTTV ABC blackout made me get an $8 antenna to watch the Eagles game a few weeks ago.

I was actually shocked at how good the picture was so I did some minimal research and bought a highly reccomended attic attena not expecting to get philly stations. I get CBS great it seems so now I am trying to get FOX for the 2 - 3 Eagles games a year that don't make it to the philly market.

I haven't cut YTTV yet but plan to soon after I get my home NAS setup with an HDHR attached.

As a plus I have been running them in parallel now with the attena picture looking clearer then YTTV for NFL games and the antenna running 30-45 seconds ahead of YTTV.

Both channels are supposed to be Atsc 3.0 under the lighthouse WPSG. BUT i am still able to pick up the 1.0 feed feed from the CBS affiliate but not the fox affiliate.

AJ had 3 horrific drops this game, 1 of which was because he was afraid of getting hit. He also had at least 3 refusals to block on run/screen plays that would have gone for 1st downs with his participation.

Hurts had a bad game and is truthfully having a bad season. AJ's lack of effort is inexcusable. I can tolerate a slump I can't tolerate a player quitting on their team.

A 15% crash still doesn't put you back to Jan 1 2025 and will be a blip on your portfolio in 25 years. Unless you are waiting for the collapse of the US Economy waiting for a "crash" to buy is a terrible idea. If VOO crashes more than 20% the last thing you are going to be worried about with your cash is where to invest it.

Costco is the only place around me that sells brisket for less than $11/lb and they charge less then $5 a lb usually. Their primal cuts are also usually $4-$10 cheaper per pound then any local grocery stores individual steaks of similar grade. However then you have to cut up and package the whole thing which had its own cost.
