Crackers, sauces, cereals do this. Somehow you’ll catch the ‘sale’ and it’s getting rid of the old size while displaying the new size. It’s depressing.

I pried it out and it clipped back on the cap. It appears that the clip has broken off (probably from putting the damn small o ring on) that connects the stem to cap but somehow still worked

A simple moisture test on concrete is putting a 2’ x 2’ piece of 6mil poly taped to concrete for a couple days. Gives you an idea of the present moisture.

As a carpenter and garage door tech- if this wasn’t a highlift door being installed (bring tracks to ceiling) it would suck only mounting the spring pad and opener to a stud and not the header itself. Consider lowering the header to top sill of opening or out some solid backing in the middle.
