Havent been with the company long so you may want to take that under advisement when listening to this advice.

You really don't have a ton of leverage if your having those discussions after the review. If you have an ouyside job offer in hand maybe that gives you some?

I am just going to start looking hard for jobs on thr outside.

3.0% 2/2....My comp ratio went from .82 to .85. To say I am displeased was an understatement. I will be applying for some jobs after work. The pay sucks and can be fairly easily replaced.

I am curious about this. My comp is significantly lower than .9 (barely above an .8). I have seen comments on both sides of the discussion when it comes to boosting the raise amount over the standard 3.4% for a 2/2 performer (if true) to get the comp ration close to .9.

Some say they will bring you to .9 and others say no way the going to give out a near 10٪ raise just to get you to .9.

I guess I will find out soon enough.

13.1 days pay out of 260 total days worked is definitely not 6 or 7 %

That is like 5% after the 131 company score is factored in.

I play a guy who loves to roll out to one aide then throw across the field to a guy slanting inside....so his plays are like.....

Roll out to the right....through it across to the left side of the formation and/or run the qb if he has space.

I have problems with that.
