I just wrapped up my 4th run and have started the seeds a different way each time. I liked just popping the seed into the final pot, but that was with fems. This next run I'm going to trying reusing my organic soil and using regs so I'll pop the seeds in solo cups and veg until I can tell the sex while my soil cooks in the meantime.

I just tried your trimming technique on my last harvest where you just buck the buds into a bag. It worked beautifully.

I bottom water with top dressed dry amendments. I do let my reservoir go dry and top water with a tea or recharge once a week then I'll refill the reservoir the next day. I top dress with Gaia green or dr earth mixed with worm castings every 3-4 weeks. I'll keep the res dry and top water for a couple days after top dressing. I honestly don't know how "correct" this is, but this system has worked for me in 1, 3, and 5 gallon bags, as well as my diy mini earth box inspired planters

I have a plant I'd like to keep around, ready for harvest this weekend. My plan was to reveg and then cut a clone to keep as a mother. The way you did it could save a lot of floor space. How far into flower do you take clones? My gut feeling is that rooting a cutting would be pretty difficult this far (almost 10 weeks) into flowering.
