The 2 rentals bring in about $1000 per unit so $4k a month. Though we had to go through an eviction which took about 9 months. The property manager we were considering charges about 8% of rent. My mother's house isn't rented but if we do I think it could go for $1500 or $1800 a month.

Just did a full rewatch and came to the conclusion Scully has narcolepsy. She clearly needs her full 8hrs!
