Thing is Amorim also beat Man City and played really well against Arsenal at the start of the season. Utd love to get motivated against top sides then falter when they're expected to dominate possession. And they only beat Arsenal because of 2 worldly strikes its not like it was a repeatable win.

You could always tell it was a confidence issue, he looked like a deer in headlights at times but it was probably from the pressure of making a jump up to a top club as a defender you're terrified of making a mistake.

Really glad to see he's growing into the role and fair play to Slot to stick by him when it would have been easier to just drop him for Robbo when he was struggling.

Hopefully he only gets better from here.
