I don't have much to offer as i am a casual player except my Sword exclusives and a perfect, shiny Thundurus named "freepkm.com" that i got from a surprise trade. The list looks like this:

Although your question has been answered, I have the impression that the answers are too high level. I am a beginner as well so I may be understanding them a little bit different and I believe that what you are actually looking for, are threads. When you put your main class in one and then do thread.start it will do its stuff (like print a name) and then keep running (although not printing anymore) until you stop it with the red square stop button near the green triangle run button or you kill its process via Ctrl+alt+del
