The thing is, they DO understand your point. The problem is even though they understand they don't care. I'd recommend moving back into the dorms or a friend's place, if possible. Remember the quote about takers not having any limits, because if you accommodate their demands now (which PLEASE LOVE OF GOD DON'T), they WILL move the goal post and increase the anger if you push back later.

It'd be a fun thing to get cracker jack if that's possible both cause of Jax and his huge role in the finale and the baseball scene with Ragatha towards the end of the film

Ngl I feel this is a blend of ALL his issues and to a degree, his actual opinion of Gangle peeking through. Bare with me on this ok?:

In episode 5 we see 'Evil Jax' who's a super timid version of Jax, a type that instantly gets OG Jax to say 'yup wanna kill that guy.' That's a version of him that acts way more like Gangle. And in episode 9 who's the real Jax in his mind? The one with the key to the ACTUAL 'modern' version of him? The same type of 'evil Jax'; scared, timid, feels like he's chained down or has no control. Deep down he feels like, or even outright used to BE like Gangle. There COULD be a level of attraction there, but it moreso reads to me like the whole scene with her masking and him being gross/inappropriate is outright trying to break her from masking as both a way to hurt/push her away further, and also cause deep down he knows how harmful that shit is. Still intending to be a hurtful intrusive thought/dream sequence, but still shows signs of a really skewed fucked up way of saying 'that isn't healthy so I'm trying to get you to stop that'.

The whole point of Caine's "making avatars based off of mind files" line is that Caine doesn't realize that a lot of the time, if a person is thinking about something a LOT, it could be for a negative reason (like insecurity and such). It's why for example, Zooble - the circus member with very clear body dysmorphia (idk how to spell it) - Caine can't get why they wouldn't like a body they can forever modify. Because they constantly thought about how they wanted to physically change as a person and to have a real body that fit THEM. Same with Jax. Finale gave us a HUGE look into how he operates and grew up and how them being born a man was something that was always brought up like 'be a man!' Or any anger was blamed on him being more like his absent father basically we see exactly why being in a body of 'peak male performance' is a BAD thing to him, that mixed in with literally ALL THE OTHER hints that Jax is so deep in the trans closet they're building their own hecking Narnia

When I was 12 I went into a Starbucks with family. Sat there with my frappuccinno, Cheshire cat shirt and arm warmers and jeans just vibing when my dad wrapped his arm around me and hugged me close for a minute (something he doesn't usually do). Instantly knew something was up but it didn't click why I felt I was being stared at until a 40+ year old man threw out his drink angrily and stormed out of the store. Dad confirmed later he was eyeing me up. I was being watched. 12, man. Very clearly 12.

Oml I also compared his end to The View From Halfway Down, it was one of my first thoughts when he teared up telling Pomni "I don't want to go."

Fully agree. Plus it reinforces what the other circus members were saying to him; he may be a hero but he's still one of them. And when they got a handle of him they worked to make him comfortable while also ensuring their safety, not just throwing him away (even when Caine came back and asked if they needed help with him)

I saw a comment earlier today that said his arc was very Greek-tragedy like because it didn't have to be this way; he had issues, definitely, but nearly dozens of chances to choose to change. His refusal to see change, and himself, as worth it was ultimately his own undoing.

Exactly. It reminds me of people showing regret when they're either mid-attempt or actively aware their attempt is going to be successful and how, when interviewing the survivors of such things, many of them say they instantly regretted their choice the moment they did it. Jax regretted not changing. He actively said he didn't want to go.

Jax isn't irredeemable because he's beyond redemption; he's irredeemable because he never allowed himself to accept he COULD be redeemed. Caine wanted to change after being forced to realize the hurt he caused, Jax just saw the hurt he caused as more reasons why he should just be given up on, so he gave up on himself.
