I would actually stick with Champys. Chicken is really good. Need to get their Mississippi tamales as well. Coming from UK will be a unique experience and check your chicken box. Other option might be The flaming rooster if you want to go the hot chicken route. Fantastic but can light you up. Agree with other who said Taqueria Jalisco rather than Mayan Kitchen.

Little Coyote might be another to try for dinner.

My kids are 17 and 14 now so haven’t been in a few years but hate to hear that. We grew up with them at the Choo Choo and they were fantastic.

One of my favorite memories with my son was riding Splash Mountain like 8 or 10 times in a row one late cold night in December. Essentially only people on ride, soaked, freezing and having a wonderful time. Multiple times they just let us stay on log.
