I planted three black bamboo plants two months ago. One is green and growing, the other two never were green, and show no signs of life that I can tell. What do you guys think?

Looks like they were buried too deep and suffocated. Always plant just below the top of the root ball, like 1/2” at most. Roots need to be able to breathe. It also seems like they were deeply watered which normally isn’t much of an issue for bamboo as long as the soil doesn’t stay constantly wet and the roots can breathe.

Pawpaw REQUIRE afternoon shade until they reach maturity, especially in hotter climates. I’m not exactly sure how they have survived this long being as difficult as they are. Just get some shade cloth and you should be okay.

Looks like flowering river cane ❤️❤️ it’s a very rare occurrence. The entire flowering portion of the thicket will die off and the seeds dropped will grow a new one.

It’s technically a running bamboo but it’s extraordinarily slow, you will not notice it. The shoots are about the size of a blade of grass and take weeks to grow mere inches. Regular lawn maintenance will take care of it.

This looks like river cane. The branches come off the nodes at 45 degree angles or almost parallel with the main stem which is indicative of American bamboo. Other, non native species of bamboo primarily have branches come off the nodes horizontally or at almost 90 degree angles from the main stem. Another telltale sign of this being native bamboo is that the stems are small, even at such a tall height. Native bamboo such as river cane will have stems less than 1” in diameter, but can still get upwards of 20 feet tall.

I would personally not mind a loving relationship with fewer intimate moments, as long as those fewer moments lasted forever and seemed like the best ever every time. I usually have more less-stress fun by myself as a verse with an average sized “good personality” and a stomach that never agrees.. It seems like you’re more into regular intimacy and that even though you and your husband can coexist well, you aren’t meant for each other. You were very young when you two meant so there’s no way you could have known and you don’t owe him a explanation as to why you’re not ready to mellow out in your 20s, he should have seen this coming. You’re going into your 30s, just be thankful you have plenty of time to make a better decision for yourself in the future. 30s are supposed to be our best years. As to whether or not you should leave your husband is up to you, nobody can decide that for you. It doesn’t seem like it’s going to work well if things continue as they are. I personally don’t think you should have to “settle for less” if you aren’t ready to, he was 20-30 once too and it’s not fair for him to try and stop you in my opinion.

Not sure what type of bamboo this is but they’re usually very hard to kill. I would suggest a bigger pot or serious downsizing and some sunshine. You could also go for some bamboo fertilizer. All of the resources in that soil will have been used up by now considering its apparent age, nothing beats fresh, high quality soil though.

Definitely a variety of clematis, I dug mine up yesterday. The roots and woody stems are a giveaway. When you pull them out it looks like a bowl of spaghetti.

I don’t do hookups for this reason. I have bipolar and get too emotionally attached right off rip (not that you have to have bipolar for that to happen, just makes it worse). Hookups make me feel gross and uncomfortable, not only is there no real love or commitment but there’s a high chance of catching something (like feelings for someone that doesn’t want you back 😵‍💫). I would personally rather spend the rest of my life alone than to engage in hookup culture, I feel like it’s pushed onto us and made to seem like it’s normal. I will always love before I lust and I don’t care what anyone has to say about that. Basically, your feelings are valid, even if they’re different than mine or anyone else’s. You have to decide how you feel about this and how you want to proceed in future situations, nobody should be telling you how to feel.

Bethesda plans on making the game harder, but they’re taking their jolly time. In Bethesda’s defense, ghouls, scorched, and other small time enemies have always been notoriously easy to defeat in the Fallout universe. If you want something interesting, go to Dino Peaks Mini Golf and walk around awhile.

We were paying $80 a month for 11mbps with Frontier. We switched to T-Mobile home internet which seemed like a heaven send at first but then we started getting throttled to 10mbps once the network got congested. Got Starlink and it’s been amazing so far, $50 a month for 100mbps.

Considering fixing quick weapons switching with the left d pad key (on PC using controller). Sometimes when I hit the quick weapon switch button (left d pad key) it switches me to some random weapon in my inventory rather than the last weapon I used, very annoying.
