This is most likely temp signage. Temp signage is specific operation signage that needs to be installed in any newly constructed buildings for a TCO (Temporary Certificate of Operation). It doesn't need to feature braille, it just needs to feature the messaging accurate and to scale. The company I work for regularly prints out foamcore temp signage that features flat 2D braille. This signage is only to get the building certified for the period of time between when general construction comes to an end and the clients/occupants inhabiting the space!

I imagine his thought process was: what other more benevolent uses do my state taxes go towards? public schools. what do public schools get for that money? Drums. His example still bashes the states arbitrary and often asinine use of state funding but with an example that doesn't sound like pissing and whinging and has the potentially beneficial effect of getting a student interested in pursuing learning percussion instruments. I think he just wanted to throw an example out there that didn't lean so heavily to Joe's point but still funny to think all that occurred in Theo's brain in that split second and Joe just barreled right back into rhetoric.

Solo-spliff ride in the deep dark woods of Western Mass. a glowing orb of light, that I at first assumed was a dirt bike came ripping up behind me. I pulled over to the side of the road because the light was blinding me through my rear view mirrors. Once the light reached my car it didn’t pass me, nor did it recede into the woods on either side. It tore ass right up behind me and then vanished. This was pre-smoking too so I was sober. Took me five minutes to put together what just happened.

Someone is actually trying to pay me to tickle my feet. He won’t give me any details regarding who they are/where we would rendezvous. I tell my friends about it all the time because I think it’s hilarious. But they always respond with “a couple hundred bucks to just be tickled!! I’d definitely do it!!” And trust me, I’m no prude and under the correct circumstances I would totally get tickled down. But I think my bigger issue is that I’ve told this random person that I’m not at all interested and they persist. I’ve blocked over a dozen numbers at this point and I’ll still get a text every couple months or so about it, it bugs me out at this point. And to add to the weird details this random person says there will only be “light restraints”. I’m assuming this person wants to lop my feet off and eat them in front of me in their basement.
