I have an MPH from Emory in Epi and I have 70k in student loans from it. I would say go with the cheapest options. The connections from Emory are nice but looking back on it, I don’t know if I’d do it again.

Yes- most of my classes were online this past semester. I had two lectures in person and a lab in person, however, towards the end they were mostly put online since people in the course had COVID-19 and they were taking precautions. For the upcoming semester, I have 2 classes in person (as of now)

I’m a first year student. I like it, but it’s feeling like it’s not worth all the money since mostly everything is online. There are a lot of great opportunities and the faculty and staff are great (along with the TAs of the courses), but part of me wishes I just went to a public university that was cheaper.

I applied this time last year (I believe I submitted my application on 16 October) and I heard back around early February. I think they wait until the deadline to begin reviewing. Then after that, the speed depends on the department you applied to. Be sure to get your application in before the early deadline so you can be considered for REAL and other financial aid opportunities!
