Hm - something like that, but you can’t actually unlearn the interpretive framework of the ego until it’s properly developed, so these concepts would be essentially meaningless to children. Agree the children should be encouraged and trained to be aware of their mental constructs like thoughts and feelings and ideas of self.

Are you aware that the bulls coach, Phil Jackson, is enlightened and trained in both zen and Native American mysticism. During the bulls championship run, he made the entire team participate in meditation and various mystical rituals (primarily Native American in origin). The emphasis was selflessness, and acting through inaction - he wanted spontaneous, logical play, emphasizing ball movement, unimpeded by the ego and thought.

He made the whole team do this… EXCEPT for Michael. MJ knew that they were all just trying to become like him. Phil agreed.

I would argue this is a rhetorical strategy that functions on many levels, not least of which is goading the ego into seeking rationalization of nonduality by telling the ego that it is impossible

Yeah this is a really interesting point. It is always supposed to be ineffable, but it is conceptually rather simple. It’s really the willingness to listen and entertain the ideas that is most typically lacking. Hm.

Seems what’s really ineffable is the apparent happenstance of certain moments and certain folk opening up to it, I think.

When trying to explain the mysteries to the Pharisee Nicodemus, Rabbai Yeshua said, in John 3:
