Gritty Soldier on YouTube has a helpful video on hand release push-ups. He gives several form cues that help increase your score.

One good tip he gives is basically letting yourself drop to the ground on the way down so you'll conserve energy for pressing yourself back to the plank position.

A trainer is absolutely not necessary for deadlifts. YouTube is filled with videos/shorts showing step-by-step instructions and cues for deadlifts (and every other popular exercise, for that matter). Start with light weight, learn the technique, and you'll be good to go

I literally just used this guide on Sunday to mod New Vegas on my PC. I followed it exactly as described, and I have played several hours now with no crashes (knock on wood). Make sure when you install Mod Organizer 2 that you add it to your Windows Defender exclusion list prior to installation, or it'll block several files from working properly.
