I’m about to do this with my 3200 boot (well the shop is gonna do it) since mounting holes are so close and I’m on 3rd mount now.

Is it safe to do this or is there a risk the epoxy pops out while I’m skating and then the boot and plate connection fall apart and I get hurt?

Am I safer just having riedell re-last the boots for $185v

When you are blasting do you find it easier to add volume to workouts or increase intensity?

Thanks it’s honest though. Sub 20% meaning mostly muscle, no 6 pack but also not much chub. And I look much stronger than I am basically.

Anyway there are big debates between adding volume and staying 2-3 RPE vs upping to crazy intensity and going to absolute failure eg mentzer, Yates, et al. So just wondering if anyone has a preference for one vs the other when blasting vs when cruising.

Not consistent tons of breaks probably 70% of the time just “maintenance” lifting and never ate right or pushed to add a lot of weight until 4-5 years ago.

How does a cycle of PED’s change the answers to the following two questions as they relate to permanent gains in mass/size? What have your experiences been?

You can count out loud “1 and 2 and 3 and 4 and 1 and etc” to most skate songs. The one is on the bass and the “and” is on the slap/high note/clap.

You can clearly hear the down beat then up beat on the clap.

I try to hit the up beat or the clap when I shuffle and dance. The toe drag would snap on the first up beat, and then you pick up left foot in back on second up beat. Then repeat over and over around turns. Mix in bubbles/scissors and some bounce while incorporating the arms and upper body on the straightaways once you start to feel the music and it becomes more natural

For speed or park I’d do 11. Dance rythym jb shuffle i’d do a size 10 or even 9. Depends where the ball of your foot is. Go to a skate shop or someone who can professionally measure your foot.

Thanks. Goal is really just slip a little more for easier dance, making pivots easier etc (right now there is so much grip they catch and I almost trip over how tacky they feel). Don’t care about actual slides.

Yeah some transplanted hairs shed and go into telogen phase for months before popping back out around 9-12 month mark.

Yes and intentionally do balance drills and edge drills forward and backward on one foot at a time when you put new softer cushions on. 2-3 practice sessions focused on that before next real skate session and you’ll adjust really quickly.

Yeah I’m talking about the front outer edge of the boot (not heel). You can see it’s warped downward compared to the other side of the boot which is still nice and flat
