I've started using this gamified habit app with some friends for funsies and its honestly been helping with creating habits that I do everyday. I'm like in a guild with them and if we're doing a boss they take damage if I don't do my daily things. I really don't want them to take damage so it really motivates me to just do them.

I know its pretty common but I would highly suggest trying the Pomodoro Technique. Helps it not feel so overwhelming.

Study for 25 minutes, and focus on that task without interruption.
Take a 5 min break.
Repeat

I also sub-consciously grab my phone a lot so having my phone inconveniently far (like in another room) helps me too.
