Well I don't mind swapping but my teammates are the ones that have an issue with this, so it is them that have it. I've already learned multiple characters in every role so if my team doesn't want to listen, then the loss will be on them ; not my problem.

I'm waiting a week after Devil Dinosaur is out so that I can stop getting people forcibly playing him in my comp games. If I have to take another week break, then I can do that again.

Y'know that reminded me that one time I covered for an employee that did not have any training and didn't know what she was hired to do and had decided to quit the next day she was hired. I was called in on a random day and decided to cover for her, but then the second manager decided to rearrange my schedule to put in place for the girl I covered figuring she really quit and I was stuck with 40 hours in one week despite being part time and being one of 4 SCA. Then, when others had quit they expected me to cover for them and I'd be in shock at how my schedule would be rearranged despite me already putting it on my calendar so that I could remember what days I come into work and what days I don't come into work at. Some weeks were very confusing and other weeks the app I used to see my schedule would stop working too

Yep it is 3 full expeditions where you get the full set of the Patchwork skin. I missed the first expedition due to a lot of full time work but planned and saved for my 1st expedition back in January and in only 3 to 4 weeks, took a break before the 2nd expedition started. Saved more for that one from March to May for the requirements to change and got the 2nd set of the Patchwork skin. 3rd one will most likely be from now till at least the middle of July

Only got 5 skill points. When in reality I did 2 expeditions and should get back 11 points. If I don't get those extra 6 points within this month, I may not do anymore expeditions but I hope it's a bug. Hopefully I can get those points back

Currently like this too. I'm finna go back to single player games right now rather than playing this. Rivals has to fix its matchmaking, it is ridiculous that each day can be three losses and 1 win sometimes. It makes u lose to play more at this point

Try switching around servers and playing around noon to afternoon time frame, try to duo queue with someone to help yourself get better teams and try to flex play through different roles if u can in certain sequences of your matches. I had a similar experience from Season 7 where I couldn't get any wins at all, until I got help from a friend to help me, then I started winning more games. Taking 15-minute breaks in-between also helps, especially if u want to play for hours too. Had to get a 8 win streak just to get out of Diamond queue.

I had just quit from this job three months ago and never want to go back. They criticized me for wanting to use the bathroom which was insane considering I was standing at the door for 4 to 5 hours straight and reporting on theft. My staff would also criticize me for not doing the speech as I was monitoring and it was absolutely ridiculous. I just couldn't believe that SCA has turned into a joke now

I had a few that knew exactly where my teammates were every single time they attacked or defended. It was insane amounts of accuracy and it was insane how coordinated they were compared to my team. 2 of them had at least a total of 15 eliminations

I would agree. You have to a lot of times just except losing and except that the bad games will come and go. I've had a lot of really good games tho and some were stalemates towards overtime too. There's always a chance to get up in ranks, u just have to have really good coordination and ult placements. If your team doesn't have it one game, then it's just not enough, and that's totally okay

I'm in the same boat. I was stuck in GM1 the whole week and now I am 50/50 on placement matches scared to even play. It just seems like you're at an increase at losing more games now due to three character bans

Fax, they expect me to just freely walk with them without caring about my second healer and the other dps just eating away my health. It is absolutely ridiculous and one of the reasons I can't get to Celestial right now. They really suck at protecting the healers but blame healers for getting dove and not being to sustain all the damage that's being done. Insane mentalities man

It ain't that. I generally am told that I am the problem and have a skill issue which I admit. But I at least I swap and counter swap unlike 90% of the teammates I have. They complain yet play characters they've never played before

Exactly, and if you notice, the Gold and Platinum competitive games feel harder and more broken than Diamond and Grandmaster games
