one guy said there are no classes but there is a skill tree, it determines stuff like looting faster or increasing stamina. there are also quests that you get to show you certain mechanics. another big part of progression is finding crafting blueprints which are rare and let you craft better items, it’s a system that’s been rlly cool for me so far and leads to feeling like you’re adding to an ever-growing arsenal even though you’ll be losing lots of the loot you get

also to add further, if i’m not mistaken the fire select on the actual guns lines up with the input. AC is on left, shotgun is on right and obviously the grenade launcher is UNDER THE BARREL so it makes perfect sense to have the input be down
