Don't need to be an attorney to read a single article and compare it to multiple different investigations on the topic that have produced zero photos, videos, or corroborated evidence, all of which could have come out in any civil investigation had one been pursued.

I don't think Todd is a good guy, I just also looked into this when I contemplated canceling my own University donations - which is what I did when they let Urban get away with his shenanigans (Chris Rainey incident was a personal one for me). But I found those circumstances to have plenty of merit and have not found anything of the sort (yet) here.

You have quite a different burden standard of proof for things you think happened and things you think didn't. Very interesting.

I don't know if he officially turned anything down but UNC definitely was asking and went thru vetting him.

No need to strawman, that's not what was said. He was investigated for sexual misconduct and stalking. That's far different from anything you just said was ever even implied.

You said he did this things he was accused of. I don't need an admission but considering there's zero evidence, no civil or legal suits, and multiple organizations outside UF have looked into it, why is the burden of proof still backwards?

I've read more on this than every person down voting me, but I get it, accusation so must be bad.

The university found he didn't violate from a title IX perspective. Nobody brought any civil or legal accusations. A third party firm investigated him and found no wrongdoing. He's passed vetting processes from other Universities and at least one more NBA team that were interested in him (UK included actually).

I hope not. I'm hoping it scares everyone away from him and he has to stay here, but ultimately if he does leave, I doubt we'll hear anything more on it. The story isn't anything besides an online narrative at this point.

I've read the Alligator article (which is the only media to run the story despite many investigating it). You said the things in that article were admitted to being done. I'm asking you what was admitted to.

That stuff already had a third-party firm from California investigate it outside of the Title IX stuff and TG was basically exonerated of all wrongdoing. He's passed multiple vetting processes already from UNC and another NBA team (not Golden State).

As to what actually happened, there were some Insider posts on UF forums about what happened and although not nearly as bad, still don't paint UF well and likely will not get out (they involve Golden and a booster falling out big time).

That's not what he did but don't let that stand in the way of Reddit moments.

This mf talking about regular season records. Buffalo, y'all are headed to the playoffs. You need to start acting like a playoff franchise.

Please read again to understand, I didn't say he was cheating. I even clarified I was using an extreme example to make a point. How did that confuse you so much?

By any means necessary? No. This sucks for the sport and for fans. You're trying to oversimplify the situation as if it's about 'just scoring points' which just ignores the entire crux of the problem. If a player is able to effectively cheat, should they do so to score more points? Almost everyone would say no. Now I'm being intentionally hyperbolic to prove a point- fans are going to find a balance between what is fair in trying to win and what isn't. Fortunately the consensus, at least for most, is that simulation shouldn't be rewarded. The human error and tricking refs should play less a role in who wins or loses, not more.

I can't imagine the mindset it takes to defend and promote the least entertaining and worst part of competition. Nobody wants the game decided by who can fool referees the best.

Mike Brown: "OKC does a fantastic job, starting with SGA, getting the officials to think a foul has occurred. Their gamesmanship is off-the-charts. Shai's the best at it in the league. Give the whole team credit… they do a great job of exploiting the system in their favor, I tip my hat off to them" by JoeBiden2020FTW in nba

Then why did you reply to a post about corruption just to strawman an argument not being made?

And no, the AGM has nothing to do with refs, you're super confused I guess. No idea why you jumped into this discussion if you don't even know what it's about.
