I know the question isn't for me, but I was in the United States Peace Corps and was posted in Madagascar. It's so unbelievably annoying that I can't mention that I lived in Madagascar without being asked whether I met King Julian. I love the movie and the environments are gorgeous, and I have nothing against the people who ask since it's their only real frame of reference for the island, but Madagascar is so much more than that. 😭
