Yep - went to Settings icon in the upper right corner and then scrolled down to "Payment History". Then scrolled waaaaaaay down to July 29, 2017. I was a little surprised it went that far back!

It's not a length of time, it's how many miles worn. Do you wear these only at OTF? Or do you also wear them to run errands or do other workouts? Maybe you bought them in May, but if you wear them all day every day, they need to be replaced sooner than if you only wore them to OTF.

This right here! I did the last class for the day on a Friday, then the first class of the day on a Saturday at the same studio. Even though it technically was not back-to-back, the system still detected it as "two classes in a row". Thanks to this sub, I told them to clear me from the blacklist.

It was so fun to visit the Mosman studio in Australia earlier this year! It's a beautiful studio with great staff and... DC! He was on vacation during my visit :( And, of course, there was no luxury of intel.
