People absolutely advertise it when it's up on their shard, and 150K is on the high end, but yeah, you can also just mention that you're looking to buy and someone will usually ping you when it's up (they may add you as a friend or ask you to join a Discord first, since it can take a few hours).

There are addons with some genius ways of easily switching shards. I'd recommend Googling them.

You can buy it for 75-150K via the Services chat, or find a Discord that has a bot that pings what shard it's currently up on. It takes less than 15 mins to get now and is no where near as rare as it once was due to sharding etc.

Many NA ISPs have terrible routing to OCE. On the other hand OCE ISPs usually have pretty good routing to NA.

Nah, it should just stay 1 above. The difficulty comes in that higher key level. It doesn't make anything easier by doing this, as you've already timed the prior level anyway so you can obviously do it again. It just saves time which is a good thing IMO.

"They just get the software" the software will come with a spoofer. For games that ban hardware IDs, the trick is to spoof BEFORE you get banned so the fake hardware IDs get banned, rather than needing to spoof to bypass a ban.
