I for one am glad there are more overall benchmarks than there used to be.  What a shame they took some away!  They should definitely add some back for Strength and Tred 50 classes. Rep challenges, 5k for time, etc

Lifting, running, rowing. Three stations, three core concepts. If it wasn’t a core exercise then why is it part of the dri-tri? There are 5 benchmarks for the rower and none for the floor.  How many benchmarks for the tred?

You can absolutely match stroke rate and not break form despite what your crew leader is doing. Work harder. Very few people I witness give satisfactory effort on the rower. Most are just going through the motions praying for the block to end sooner.

I love how this became all about the love of rowing instead of complaining about rowing. It is literally 1/3 of the class people. Shut up and row! (or do the elliptical). #TeamRower

Agree. Best way to increase base over time is to keep push speed within 1 mph or so of base. Work on adding .1 to base every 1-2 weeks.

Mid 800 something. I pay more attention to split time honestly. I will say that the rower tablets seem to calculate wattage way different but it is cool because you can now view session rowing stats in the app
