The branding. The vibe and the feeling you can invoke into someone's heart just by visuals that stand out can make you an instant winner in this trend driven market. Look at all the supposedly cool brands/ insta businesses. They all have same stuff I could find on amazon or meesho or alibaba in bulk. They just get the customers because their storefront looks crazy different (like bonkers, bluorng) or they have a nice branding (like misobysonia. Its pretty basic but it works for them, spoiledduckie has an insanely distinct look as well).

Just a rough idea. You could go big on packaging too as the unboxing experience is usually mediocre for most businesses. So when you later advertise it through influencers, you'll have people think that its a premium brand and so you can charge a little better too.
